The BRZ (2012, revised 2021) is what Subaru built when they decided to do a proper sports car: rear-wheel drive, boxer engine mounted low and far back, manual gearbox, light enough to feel every input. The 2.4-litre naturally aspirated engine in the second gen finally gave it enough power to match the chassis.
