We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] (or use live chat) with your order number and the reason.
- We will confirm whether the item qualifies and send return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you about the refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return (your bank may take a little longer to post it). Original shipping was free; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, while we cover it for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Made-to-order & custom items
Because every product is printed to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on personalised or custom artwork unless it arrives damaged or defective. Standard catalogue items follow the 30-day policy above.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update or cancel an order before it enters production (typically within a few hours of ordering).
