Order & Shipping

Production runs 1-3 business days. After that, the package is on a courier for another 2-5 business days. Most US orders arrive within a week, sometimes faster.

United States only, for now. We get asked about Canada and the UK most weeks and it is on the list for late 2026.

Free. Standard shipping across the US is included in the price you see on the product page. No surprise totals at checkout.

Not at the moment. The carriers we use need a physical street address. If you only have a PO Box, email [email protected] before ordering and we will let you know whether we can route it through.

Mostly USPS and UPS, picked per parcel size and destination. Large canvases tend to go UPS, posters and small accessories USPS. Tracking comes with every shipment.

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment we hand the parcel off to the courier. You can also paste your order number into Track Your Order on this site - it pulls the same status.

Yes, if we catch it before production starts. Email [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address. Once the label is printed there is nothing we can do on our side.

Same window as an address change: before it enters production, usually a few hours after you place it. Send a note quickly and we will stop it if we can. After it goes to print, you would treat it as a return once it arrives.

First, check porches, neighbors and the mailroom. That fixes it maybe half the time. Then call your local USPS or UPS depot, drivers sometimes pre-scan a parcel they are bringing the next day. If still nothing after 48 hours, email us and we will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.

Photograph the box and the item before you unpack anything else, then email [email protected] with the order number. Free replacement or full refund, your call. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.

Not as a checkout option yet. If you have a hard deadline - birthday, gift, photoshoot - email us with the date. About a third of the time we can prioritize production and pay for upgraded shipping at our end.

Returns & Refunds

30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, we send return instructions. Full breakdown in our Refund Policy.

You do, for change-of-mind returns. We cover it for anything that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. If you are not sure which bucket you are in, just ask before you ship anything back.

5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund goes back to whatever payment method you used at checkout. Banks then need another couple of days to post it, sometimes longer for credit cards.

We do not do straight swaps. The easier path: we refund the first order in full, you place a new one in the size or design you actually want. Same calendar week if you reorder quickly.

Only if we got it wrong. A misprint, a color off from the approved proof, damage in transit - those are on us. A correct print made from your file is not returnable, since we cannot resell it to anyone else.

Yes. If something is wrong on our end - bad print, color way off, damage in transit - we replace it or refund. One photo with the order number is enough to start.

Product & Materials

Canvas (poly-cotton blend, gallery-wrapped on a 1.5 inch pine stretcher), poster paper (200gsm matte or semi-gloss), ceramic for mugs, soft-shell plastic for phone cases, ringspun cotton-poly for t-shirts and hoodies, recycled card for notebooks and postcards.

Canvas: 12x16, 16x20, 18x24, 24x36 and 30x40 inches. Posters cover the same range plus a couple of square formats. Custom dimensions on request, see the Custom Orders section below.

Close, but not identical. Monitors and phones use backlit RGB, print uses CMYK ink on a physical surface. We calibrate against industry-standard profiles so prints land within a few percent of the on-screen render. Neons and pure paper-white are the main edge cases - they always shift slightly.

Indoors under normal light, canvas and poster prints hold their color for 75+ years according to the ink manufacturer testing. Direct sunlight all day will eat into that fast. Do not hang valuable pieces in a south-facing window.

Yes. It ships gallery-wrapped over a pine stretcher with a sawtooth hanger pre-fitted to the back. Unbox, hang, done. No assembly, no hardware to buy.

Matte kills reflections and reads better in bright rooms or under direct lighting. Semi-gloss makes colors pop a little harder, especially deep blacks and saturated areas. We default to matte; semi-gloss is a toggle on the size selector.

Yes - that is half the point of the catalog. Most of our wall-art designs are also available on mugs, phone cases, t-shirts, notebooks. A few are wall-only because the artwork was painted at canvas resolution and does not scale down cleanly to a 3 inch mug. Those are tagged on the product page.

Water-based pigment for paper and canvas, latex for fabric apparel. Both are AP-certified non-toxic and fade-resistant. No solvent inks, no PVC, nothing you would be unhappy about in a kid's room.

Yes. The cotton-poly blend is shrink-resistant. Wash cold or at 30C, tumble dry low, do not bleach. They should fit the same in month one and month twelve.

Both. Every poster product has framed and unframed options on the size selector. Unframed ships rolled in a sturdy tube. Framed ships flat-packed in a corner-protected box with the glazing pre-installed.

Canvas has texture and depth and reads like a painting; no glass to deal with. Paper is sharper, shows fine detail better, and works best for photography or detailed graphic art. Canvas is more forgiving of mid-resolution sources, paper rewards a high-res file.

A few artist collaborations are signed and numbered, capped at 50 or 100 pieces. They carry a "Limited Edition" badge on the product page and ship with a small printed certificate.

No. We are a print shop, the digital file is the means, the physical print is the product.

Mounting & Care

The pre-fitted sawtooth hanger on the back goes onto a regular picture nail or wall hook. For pieces 24x36 or larger, use two anchors spaced about two-thirds of the canvas width apart so it stays level. Drywall anchors are fine for any canvas up to 30x40.

Three options that actually work: 3M Command picture strips (the rectangular ones), a magnetic poster hanger that grips the top and bottom edges, or a clip-frame from Ikea. We do not include hardware with unframed posters since most people already have a preference.

One small picture nail leaves one small hole. Command strips lift cleanly off most painted drywall if you pull the tab straight down slowly. Plaster and brick are harder; use a proper anchor or a brick clip rather than hammering anything in.

Risky. Humidity over time warps the wood stretcher and can spot the canvas surface. A guest bath with light use is usually fine, a daily-shower bathroom much less so. If you really want art in there, paper behind glass holds up better.

Do not. Even on a covered porch UV and humidity will dull the print within a few months. We make these for interior walls only.

Dry microfiber cloth, lightly. If you need to lift a mark, a barely-damp cloth and then dry the area straight away. Skip glass cleaner, alcohol, baby wipes, anything with a solvent. They lift the ink.

Standard glass cleaner on the glass with a soft cloth. Spray onto the cloth, not directly at the frame edge - liquid wicks underneath and can bubble the paper. For the frame itself, a dry duster.

Yes, especially in dry winter heating. Every canvas ships with two small wooden keys taped to the inside back of the frame. Tap them gently into the inside corners with a small hammer; two or three light taps per key, not full swings. The canvas re-tightens within a minute.

Inside out, cold or 30C wash, mild detergent, no bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry. If you iron, press from the back of the garment - direct heat on the print itself will dull it over time.

Custom Orders

Yes. Email [email protected] with the file and what you want - canvas, mug, phone case, shirt - and we send back a price plus a mockup proof. We never print anything until you sign off on the proof.

For wall art at 16x20 or larger: 300 DPI at full print size, or a digital file at least 3000 pixels on the long edge. A recent iPhone photo usually clears that bar. Screenshots and phone wallpapers usually do not. We can tell you within an hour of seeing the file.

Yes, 1-2 business days after you submit the file. Nothing goes on the press until you approve the mockup. Two rounds of small revisions are included; bigger reworks are quoted separately.

Only if we got it wrong - a misprint, color outside the proof, damage in shipping. A correct print made from your approved file is not returnable, since we cannot resell it to anyone else.

Roughly 4-6 business days from approval to dispatch, plus normal shipping. The proof step adds 1-2 days to standard production.

For small batches yes - mugs, shirts, posters for a business, event, podcast launch, that kind of thing. Email [email protected] with the design and quantity for a per-unit price. Past that, see the Trade section below.

One. We do not have a minimum, even for a full-size 30x40 canvas. Same proof process whether it is a single mug or fifty.

Gift Cards

Not yet. It is on the build list for 2026. For now, the cleanest gift route is to buy a specific piece and ship it directly to the recipient.

Yes. At checkout, set the shipping address to the recipient. Drop a note in the order comments and we include a printed gift card with whatever message you want, with no price showing on the packing slip.

Not as a paid add-on. We default to a kraft tissue wrap on canvas and posters, which most people find presentable enough as-is. If you want something more elaborate, write it in the order notes and we will do what we can.

Have them email us with the order number and what they want instead. We exchange for a different size or piece of equal value, no extra charge. If they want something pricier, we just bill the difference.

Account

No. Guest checkout works fine. An account just makes reordering, tracking, wishlists, and saved addresses easier next time.

Click "Forgot password" on the login screen, enter the email on the account, you get a reset link in your inbox. The link is good for 60 minutes.

Usually because you checked out as a guest with a different email. Search your inbox for "EnjoyPoster" and the confirmation will show which address it went to. Email us and we can merge guest orders into the right account.

Account → Addresses → Edit. Changes there do not affect orders already placed, so update first if you are about to reorder.

Email [email protected] from the address tied to the account. We remove the profile and the personal data with it. Past order history we keep for tax and warranty reasons, but anonymized.

No. Payments run through Stripe, which handles card data on their side under PCI DSS. We never see or store the card number, only a transaction reference.

Trade

Yes, on orders of 10 or more units, mixed or same product. Email [email protected] with what you are after and quantities, we send a quote within one business day.

That is a big chunk of our trade work. We have done coffee shops, dental offices, vacation rentals, co-working spaces. We can match a color palette, repeat a design across rooms, or ship to multiple addresses against one purchase order.

Yes, for designers and stylists working on multi-piece installations. Send a brief and a business email; we apply a discount on your account so you can quote your client cleanly.

Yes, from the second order onward. The first order goes through the regular checkout so we have a payment record; after that we can issue net-30 invoices.
