Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email; we may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or the order looks fraudulent) and will refund any payment taken in that case.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via our payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Products
Items are printed to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products, and there may be minor variations between individual prints — this is normal and not a defect.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, artwork, images, text and logos — is owned by EnjoyPoster or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission. You receive a product for personal use; you do not acquire any rights in the underlying artwork.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
