About Baked Goods
This collection is all about the warm stuff that comes out of an oven: crusty sourdough loaves, glossy croissants, cupcakes with a swirl of frosting, cinnamon rolls still steaming. The colors run golden and brown with little pops of berry red or pistachio green, so the art reads cozy rather than loud. People tend to hang baked goods wall art where food already lives, a kitchen wall above the counter, a breakfast nook, the bit of corridor that leads to the dining table. I have a soft spot for the close-up shots of a torn loaf where you can almost see the crumb.
What suits a kitchen and what suits a cafe
A single oversized poster of one pastry can anchor a small kitchen, while a row of three smaller canvas prints works nicely along a longer wall or in a home bakery setup. We print every piece on canvas stretched over a real wood frame, as an unframed poster, or as a poster set behind glass for a cleaner look.
