Wall Art: What Is It For Me?
You know, I never really thought about wall art before... well, all those posters and paintings. I thought they were... just pictures that people filled their walls with, that's all. One time I saw a canvas print at an exhibition, and damn, there was something so alive about it, like I was looking at real streets instead of paint. It was amazing, honestly.
Posters and Their Magic
So, posters. They seem simpler than this canvas wall art, but that's what's so great about them. I recently decided to hang a couple in my house. One with hand grenades (yeah, it's weird, but it inspires me so much!), and one with graffiti. Every evening... they somehow calm me down, or charge me up more, I don't know. Here's a little thought, by the way:
- You can change the posters depending on your mood - one in the morning, another in the evening.
- They are not for decoration, but for the soul.
- Everyone has their own style. Just choose yours...
I just like how these things change the atmosphere of the room. Sometimes I pass by and suddenly "oh! wow, what a cool poster". They really affect our mood... I didn't even notice it before, but now it's like the house comes to life. In the end, the walls are... a white canvas for our ideas and dreams.
And yes, sometimes I can linger a little, looking at my wall "treasures"... such a little daily adventure of mine.
In short, this is my whole life. And these paintings are like pieces of the street world that you bring home. They live their own lives, and it seems that you, too, are becoming a part of something big and interesting. So maybe that's the magic - finding your own... in the simple.
